MP Gordon Prentice will perform the opening ceremony of the resource and Information Centre for the Pendle branch of the Multiple Sclerosis Society tomorrow .
The MP is president of the local branch and will be joined by MS members, branch officers from neighbouring groups and regional and head office trustees.
He said: "I am honoured to be invited to cut the ribbon on the centre which will provide an invaluable source of support for local MS sufferers."
The centre is only the third to be opened in the country by the MS Society and offers alternative treatments such as deep massage, aromatherapy and reflexology as well as up to date information for members.
The centre is housed at Holmefield House, Barrowford.
