MIKE LANGHORN and Dave Roach are the only doubts for Ramsbottom United manager Mike Kelly as he ponders his selection for tomorrow's game at Glossop, writes STEVE BOTT.
Both have knee problems and Kelly said: "Mike can run on it, but as soon as he turns, he gets a load of grief."
Roach's injury is a long-term affair, but Kelly still doesn't know whether the fireman will be going in for an operation. "It might just be a case of building the muscle up again," said Kelly.
Good news on Jamie Wilson, the unfortunate player who managed just 70 minutes against Winsford recently after being taken on board at the Riverside.
An operation has been lined up for him and it is hoped the former Bradford City YTS player will soon be back in action.
Alfred Mocheke, the South African defender who had to return home because of visa problems after putting in a couple of promising performances, has kept in touch with the club.
The Rams are going to help him by writing a letter to the South African authorities saying there is a place for him in semi-professional football with them in this country.
Ramsbottom are due at Woodley Sports on Tuesday night (kick-off 7.45pm) for another North West Counties Division One game.
