WE are trying to trace an old shipmate of ours by the name of Peter Holland who served with us aboard HMS Loch Fada as a REM 1955/56 in the Persian Gulf and originated from the Blackpool area.
If anyone who has knowledge of his whereabouts could get in touch it will be very much appreciated as we would like to track him down, especially as we are holding our fifth reunion at Blackpool in March, 2002.
We have shipmates who have served on Loch Fada at one time or another between 1944 and 1967. If there are any more still hiding in the area we would like to hear from them. Their old shipmates are also looking for them!
