BLACKPOOL MECH...1
STAND...2
DIVISION Two NWCL leaders Stand Athletic had to battle back from a goal down against fellow high fliers Blackpool Mechanics to keep their title push on course.
Mechanics took the lead after 25 minutes through Rob Parke and Stand only got back on terms just before half-time when Mark Denham found the net.
The second half saw Stand take control and they secured victory when Neil Dawes scored his fifth goal of the campaign ten minutes after the interval.
Stand are now 12 points lead at the top as they look to secure their second successive promotion after coming up from the Manchester Premier League last season.
