A MAN released on bail after being charged with driving while disqualified, was caught behind the wheel again the following day.
And Blackburn magistrates warned Kaume Meah that they were considering a custodial sentence because of his blatant disregard for orders of the court.
Meah, 22, of Williams Street, Clayton-le-Moors, pleaded guilty to two offences of driving while disqualified and without insurance. He was remanded on bail until January 9 for the preparation of pre-sentence reports.
Kevin Preston, defending, said after the first incident Meah had decided to sell the car and was driving to the garage to do just that when he was stopped. "He accepts that custody is an option that will be considered," said Mr Preston.
