PADIHAM manager Graham Howarth may ring the changes for tomorrow's tough home tie against Formby.
The Storks lost 3-1 against Colne last Saturday and Howarth criticised his NWCL Division Two side's defending.
"I am looking for an improved performance especially after how we played last week," said Howarth.
"We defended poorly and gave them a two goal start. Compared to how we have been playing recently we were rubbish!"
They meet high-flying Formby - whose minds are focused on catching runaway leaders Stand - tomorrow.
"We need to improve tomorrow against a team like Formby."
Howarth could welcome back midfielder Dean Stowe, who has returned from honeymoon, and left-sided Darren Fullard could come back into the side.
Padiham travel to Stand on Boxing Day.
