A NEWSPAPER delivery girl injured in a mystery road accident remained in hospital today.
Police have renewed their appeal for information into the accident.
Roberta Almond, is in intensive care at the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, Pendlebury .
She was about to pick up newspapers from Revidge News for delivery, near her home in Revidge Road, when the accident occurred early last Friday morning.
Passers-by found her lying on the pavement.
Officers from Accrington's road traffic unit, which is investigating the incident, today urged people who use Revidge Road at that time of day to contact them.
