THANKS but no thanks!
That's the plea of Mrs Eileen Murray to passers-by who think they are helping by trying to repair her wall.
Mrs Murray, pictured outside her home in Exeter Avenue, Radcliffe, thinks that vandals knocked down her garden wall.
She says that people keep picking up the bricks and trying to put it together again. But with no cement, it keeps falling down, and she's worried that someone will come a cropper.
"Somebody keeps putting it up again," she says. "I'm frightened that other people will get injured if it falls on them."
Mrs Murray asks people to leave the bricks where they are until she has the wall professionally repaired.
