THE green light looks likely to be given for a health club and solarium in Barnoldswick.
A planning application has been submitted for the development at a former bakery and shop in Gisburn Road and the proposal will be considered by members of the West Craven committee on January 8.
Planning officers have already stated that the change of use will be from one commercial activity to another and that they have no objection in principle to the plan.
Any comments from the Town Council or neighbours will be reported to the meeting before any decision is made.
