THREE Toyota Carina cars were involved in an accident in Padiham Road, Burnley, at 3am on New Year's Day.
One of them was driven by Ghuffor Khan, 44, of Allen Street, Burnley. Injured was a passenger Clare Roper, 19, of Wellfield Drive, Burnley, who went to hospital for treatment for whiplash injuries.
The second Carina was driven by Samuel Masih , 44, of Bouldsworth Crescent, Nelson. Two passengers from that car were taken to hospital, Matthew Farrington, 61, of Barry Street, Burnley, who had whiplash injuries and Antony Dicirccio, 18, of Parish Street, Burnley, who suffered from a cut to the head and whiplash.
The third car was driven by Mohammed Ali, 25, of Abel Street, Burnley. He escaped injury.
