THREE fire engines were sent to a Leigh pub at 2.30 am today after reports that a bedroom was on fire.
People passing the Boar's Head in Leigh Road saw what appeared to be smoke and flames inside a bedroom and dialled 999.
When firefighters arrived they found a small fire in a window box which was reflecting in the window pane, giving the impression that the room inside was on fire.
