POLICE and council officials today began proceedings against a teenager said to be responsible for several crime sprees in Darwen.
Lancashire Police led the application for an anti-social behaviour order against Lee Taylor, 15, of Darwen, in a bid to restrict his movements.
The magistrates sitting at Blackburn Magistrates Court were considering the application.
Anybody breaching an ASBO faces a maximum of five years in detention.
