MEMBERS of the Colne and District council will be asked to consider plans for the redevelopment of land on the south side of Vivary Way by Barnfield Construction Ltd.
The company has submitted an outline application for planning permission to build a non-retail unit with a garden centre and builders' merchants, general industrial units and two hot food or restaurant premises, with access to the site from junction 14 of the M65.
They will also decide whether to allow permission for the conversion of farm buildings in to five houses with a garage or car port at Pasture Farm, Skipton Old Road, and an application to build a control building surrounded by palisade fencing at Foulridge Waste Water Treatment Works, off Warehouse Lane.
