THEATRE-GOERS can enjoy a variety of shows at Darwen Library Theatre this month and next.
Darwen Library Players are staging a comedy entitled 'The Haunted Through Lounge and Recessed Dining Nook at Farndale Castle', promising murder and mayhem, on January 25 and 26.
Blackburn Drama Club show off their talents from February 6 to 9 with a comedy drama, 'Cash on Delivery'.
The following week, Jathra, an exciting form of story telling, has been blended for the first time with European spice to create a spectacle of language, poetry, movement and songs, where traditional arts meets modern technology.
Peshkar Productions present The Beautiful Violin, an emotional love story, on February 14 and 15. Tickets for all performances, which start at 7.30pm, can be bought from Darwen Library, on Knott Street, or by calling 01254 706006.
