A PUBLIC meeting over future use of Cams Lane running track and possible sale of Radcliffe Cricket Club's ground is being held on Thursday.
The meeting in Radcliffe Civic Hall, at 7pm, will be the latest phase in the decision making process.
All comments and concerns will be recorded and passed on to the council's executive and planning committees, if any final decisions have to be made.
Radcliffe Area Board chairman Cllr Barry Briggs said: "Whatever the rumour mill might have to say, the truth of the matter is that there is no done and dusted deal, either over Cams Lane or the Racecourse Ground.
"Radcliffe High School are themselves currently considering the feasibility of developing the site at Cams Lane. If they do not go for that option, they will have to decide whether they wish to release the site.
"It is then and only then that the council will be in a position to make any decision."
