A MAN from Darwen today made a plea for information about two school pals he has not seen since 1974.
David Longworth, 43, a former pupil of the Darwen Knowle School in Holden Fold, said: "I met up recently with some of the lads I used to go to school with and we were talking about what had happened to our other classmates."
David is particularly keen to trace Carol Lucas and Gillian Blackledge, who were in Mrs Sutherland's class with him and left in 1974.
He said: "If they are still in Darwen, it would be nice to get in touch."
