TONY Blair's wife Cherie Booth QC is coming to Leigh next month to open an Indian Food factory.
Cherie is set to officially open the new Patak's Factory on February 1 -- which is believed to be the largest Indian food factory in the world.
The Prime Minister's wife will be invited to grind spices for the authentic Indian food company's first organic range of sauces and she will be the first person outside the Pathak family to be let into the secret spice blends behind recipes.
Kirit and Meena Pathak, co-owners of Patak's Foods Limited said: "We are extremely proud and honoured that Cherie Booth QC has agreed to officially open our new site in Leigh, and we are looking forward to a special and memorable day."
Cherie will also have the opportunity to tour the factory and enjoy an Indian buffet along with invited guests.
