KATE Moss and Naomi Campbell had better watch out because a Preston student is on her way to becoming a supermodel after landing a major fashion contract.
But Jenna Fisher from Penwortham has vowed not to let fame come between her education at a local school, and is juggling the glamorous world of modelling with taking five A-levels.
Jenna, 16, was given the opportunity of a lifetime when she was spotted by world famous model agency Select at the Clothes Show Live in Birmingham last year.
Select, who represent some of the biggest names in modelling, including Helena Christensen and Caprice, lost no time in taking pictures of their new signing to send to all their clients.
Now one of them -- high-class Italian fashion house Prada -- has snapped up Jenna to turn her into the new face of their international advertising campaign.
Jenna, who attends Hutton Grammar School, Liverpool Road, Hutton, quickly took to the glamorous world. Jetting off to New York, she posed for fashion photographers for the campaign.
But level-headed Jenna is keen not to let her new career get in the way of her education in Preston where she is studying for A-levels in chemistry, maths, geology, general studies and French.
Jenna said: "My education will always come first. I really enjoy modelling and have met some great people so far.
"After I have finished my studies I am planning to take a year out to model full time, but all I can do is see how it goes."
And Jenna has even turned down offers from fashion magazines to stay at school.
But her looks are set to take the modelling world by storm, with Select describing her as having an 'ethereal beauty.'
And a spokesman for Select model agency said: "Select Model Management are keen not to interrupt her studies and have already had to turn down work which most models would consider to be at the pinnacle of their careers such as both British and French Vogue."
