A BURY food shop is now cashing in thanks to having a "Moneybox."
And it is reaping the rewards of having the cash machine installed.
The store manager of the Spar shop in Walmersley Road, Bury, has seen a significant rise in customers since installing "Moneybox."
And the increased custom being experienced by the smaller food outlets is very welcome, given worries that massive supermarkets are dominating the UK's public shopping habits.
Figures show that 95 per cent of community stores have had an increase in shoppers.
To date, "Moneybox" has installed more than 1,600 cash machines in locations such as petrol forecourts, corner stores, pubs, clubs and leisure centres.
Already, more than 100,000 transactions have been made in the UK.
