A CLIMBER who used his mobile phone to call for help after he got stuck on a crag has been rescued unharmed.
The man, aged 25, from Bury, had strayed from the ridge in mist on Friday and became trapped near the Falcon Crags 400 feet peak at Grisedale in Cumbria. A 30 strong mountain rescue team found him after seven hours.
