A PAPER delivery girl injured in a mystery accident before Christmas is still in hospital, but is stable and improving.
Roberta Almond, 13, was admitted to the intensive care unit of Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, Pendlebury since she was found lying yards from her home on Revidge Road, Blackburn. She is now out of intensive care
Roberta had been due to pick up newspapers for delivery from Revidge News early in the morning on the Friday before Christmas.
It is not yet known whether she was knocked down or if she fell.
