RAMSBOTTOM and Tottington Area Board will hold its first meeting of the year on Thursday, (Jan 17).
High on the agenda for the evening will be an update on nuisance youths, particularly in Holcombe Brook precinct. There have been a number of complaints from traders and residents.
And the views of the public will be sought on a petition requesting play area facilities in Greenmount, and consultation over Bury Council's budget priorities.
Policing issues will be discussed and applications for kick-start grant funding.
The public will have an opportunity to bring up any issues during the 45-minute open forum question time.
The meeting will take place at Greenmount Cricket Club, starting at 7pm.
Those attending the meeting will also be able to find out about action taken in response to issues raised at previous meetings.
A display stand will be set up to give information about the Best Value Review on the way the council communicates with local people.
