MANCHESTER'S G-Mex is the venue for the British Franchise Exhibition which will offer would-be entrepreneurs a host of business opportunities.
The event will take place on February 1 and 2 and among the companies looking for new franchisees are Kall Kwik, Engrave It and Wimpy.
Among the companies exhibiting is Lasertech, manufacturers and suppliers of printer consumables, which is looking to recuit more than 100 franchisees.
Franchise manager Justin Williams said the company was offering exclusive regional territories for its van-based franchise.
"The market Lasertech serves is huge and fast-growing, " he said. "In 2000, it was worth £1.3 billion. We are offering the right candidates a chance to capitalise on this by presenting them with a franchise where the products help sell themselves due to the fact that they are business necessities not luxuries.
"We are looking for hard working and committed people wishing to build their own long-term, viable business."
Further information on the exhibition is available on the website -- www.franinfo.co.uk -- or the Franchise Hotline, on 01280 707433.
