Juniors enjoy win THE Sedgeley Park under 11s side was much improved on the one Leigh beat 21-0 earlier in the season but they couldn't prevent a 33-7 loss.
Sedgeley's defensive kicking was inspired and it was nip and tuck throughout the first half which ended in a 0-0 draw.
From the outset of the second half Leigh were determined to score and this came after some inspired team running and handling by Joe Harrison.
Leigh drove the Sedgeley outfit back and this time Gareth Davies went in.
Leigh gave Sedgeley Park several openings, but were as tenacious in defence as in attack.
The third try came when winger Craig Coward went over in the corner. After some inspired running Sedgeley went over for a converted try.
Leigh went in again through Joe Harrison and just before the full time whistle Daniel Tustin went over.

The under nines met, with Leigh winning 55-5.

LEIGH came out all guns blazing to take an 11 try to one victory.
They went in 20-0 up at half time and Sedgeley were unable to make a comeback in the second half.
Try scorers were: Adam Tustin, Ben Jones, Peter Readwin and Joe Hayward (all 2), Robert Henrys, James Hatton and Josh Gannon. MOM was Robert Henrys.
