Passport 2K is an activity-based self-development scheme using the stimulus of the North West's hosting of the Commonwealth Games. It gives young people, particularly those disadvantaged through race, disability, social exclusion or other reasons, an opportunity to enjoy experiences and activities they might otherwise be unable to access.
