SWINTON Lions welcome back hooker Rob Barraclough, thus allowing harassed coach Tony Humphries the opportunity to switch Karl Fitzpatrick to loose forward for the game against second in the table Workington at Gigg Lane on Sunday (kick-off 3pm).
"We will get better, but we need more games under our belts,'' said Humphries, whose side have played just one game in four weeks.
Dale Holdstock (shoulder) and Phil Cushion (flu) should also be ready to resume, while Humphries plans the possible switch of Rob Gallagher to centre if he manages to sign Barrow Raiders estranged half back Anthony Murray in time.
Workington may be forced to field a depleted side too unless there is a marked improvement on the injury front.
Winger Graeme Lewthwaite, hooker Owen Williamson, prop Hitro Okesene and front rower Ricky Wright are all extremely doubtful, leaving coach Gary Murdock with little choice than to name Alliance youngster Jamie Nixon and Paul Bell in his squad of 20.
