RECEIVERS have been called in at a Radcliffe nursing and residential home.
Around 145 residents are cared for at Rose Court in Water Street, but they will not be asked to move.
The home is apparently not under threat of closure, and residents and their families have been informed.
The receivers have appointed a management company to run the home while they seek a new owner.
A spokesman for Bury social services said: "Our registration and inspection unit has been working with the receivers and the new management company and we are satisfied with the situation to date, although we will continue to monitor it."
No one at the home was available for comment.
