WELSH winger Ryan Giggs has hailed Andy Cole as a unique goalscoring talent ahead of the former Manchester United striker's return to Old Trafford with Blackburn tomorrow.
Giggs was sad to see Cole leave last month in an £8million deal after playing alongside him for nearly seven years at United.
The Welsh international felt Cole was a huge success at United as the England striker scored 121 goals in 275 appearances for the Red Devils.
Cole is also United's all-time top scorer in the European Cup/Champions League with 19 goals.
But Giggs understands why he left and feels he will score goals for Blackburn, although hopefully not tomorrow.
"It's never nice to see people go, especially Coley because he had been here so long," said Giggs.
"He had been so successful and there's probably no other goalscorer I've played with like him.
"He wants to play regularly and he was quoted as saying that.
"At his age he wants to play a lot of games and he's going to do that at Blackburn.
"I wished him luck when he left and I know he will score goals."
