RECENT reports in the Press indicate that the Foreign Office has agreed joint sovereignty of Gibraltar with Spain, despite the overwhelming opposition of the Gibraltarians.
There have also been indications that this will be forced through, no matter what the outcome of any referendum held in Gibraltar.
The British Government's action in continuing sovereignty discussions with Spain over the heads of the government and citizens of Gibraltar can only be described as treachery.
It is 20 years since this country fought a war to protect the rights of British citizens in the Falklands. Do we need Maggie back again to ensure the rights of the British citizens in Gibraltar?
