CASUALTY star Liz Hume Dawson will be helping children from five local primary schools and Burnley Youth Theatre boost their confidence through role play and theatre.
Liz, who has recently featured in several episodes of the hit BBC TV show, will join fellow actor Chris Binns and the theatre group for the day, organised by the East Lancashire Education Business Partnership at the Clayton Park Conference and Learning Centre in Accrington.
Pupils aged eight to 11 from Todmorden Road School, Burnley Wood, Holy Trinity, St Mary's and Hargher Clough schools in Burnley will be trying out the specially arranged role-playing scenes put together by the theatre group.
The day will end with youngsters receiving You Are Special certificates.
