NEW managers Rod and Pat Taylor have taken over at the Bear Hotel, Blackburn.
The couple have moved to the Cravens Brow hotel from Church Stretton in Shropshire after managing a hotel, leisure and entertainment venue there for 18 years.
Now they hope to bring some new attractions to their new venue beginning with a Valentines Day dinner and dance including a special cabaret.
In addition to an impressive bar and restaurant the hotel includes a number of conference suites and facilities for weddings and functions.
Owner William Pearse said: "The Bear Hotel has always been very popular for weddings and family celebrations.
"Rod and Pat will carry on this tradition while bringing their own expertise from the entertainment world. I wish them every success."
