LEE CHAMBERS has re-signed for Padiham - but won't be available for another month because of an ankle injury.
As expected, Chambers left UniBond First Division side Kendal - the club who 'poached' him from Padiham just months ago - to return to the North West Counties second divison side for personal reasons.
"He's got a chip in his ankle," said Storks boss Graham Howarth. "And Dean Stowe broke his wrist playing five-a-side so he might not play tomorrow either.
"He only has a light cast on and the referee at last week's game said some refs would allow him to play with it so we are going to wait and see if tomorrow's ref will."
Padiham play Castleton Gabriels at home tomorrow (2pm).
