RHYTHM Skatepark in Gillibrands Mill, Darwen, is open as usual after an explosion blew off part of the roof of the complex.
Police are waiting to question a man taken to hospital after the blast and a 29 year-old woman was arrested in connection with the incident. She was released on bail after being interviewed.
Skatepark owner Deborah Bentley said: "People think the mill exists for only one business. But there are around 10 units in the mill.
"The explosion closed off the Hollins Grove Street side of the building. We are based on the Percival Street side of the mill and have not been affected."
The fire was contained in a two-storey admin block of the mill.
Mrs Bentley added: "Customers are saying that they thought we would be closed."
Police are treating the fire as suspected arson.
