I WANTED to say how pleased we all were with the article in The Citizen (January 17) regarding our handyperson service. It strikes just the right note -- jolly, informative and pitched at the right level.
We had been nervous about publishing the service, concerned that we would be swamped by inappropriate calls.
But your article will, I hope, avoid wasting our time and disappointing clients.
Please pass on my personal thanks to your reporter Ben Rossington who did a thoroughly professional job and who, importantly, appeared to listen to what was said and reflected it in his article.
There is no doubt that a number of people who are in need of help will, through your article, now know where to come to receive some support.
