HOW many of those protesting about that the fake Scots Pine mobile phone mast erected by Orange on the Accrington-Baxenden border don't use mobiles?
Surely, whether concern is over alleged threats to health through radiation emissions or its appearance, only those who eschew the use of mobiles have a right to complain.
If you ask me you cannot have the cake and the ha'penny and if Orange or other providers dotting the country with mobile masts are responding to demand, the only ones who can legitimately carp about potential health risks or eyesores are the folk who are not using them.
