A MOTHER-of-three was jailed for two months by Blackburn magistrates after pleading guilty to two offences of driving while disqualified.
The court heard that Kerrysue Duckworth was first stopped in November as she drove from her home in Darwen towards Shadsworth.
And two months later, after the case had been adjourned for pre-sentence reports with a promise that she would not go to prison, she was stopped again on the same route.
The chairman said Duckworth, 26, of Entwistle Street, was being jailed because she had shown a total disregard for previous court orders and committed the second offence while on bail.
Stephen Parker, defending, said Duckworth appreciated that by her foolish actions she had prejudiced her liberty.
He said Duckworth, her husband and their three children had moved to Darwen from the Shadsworth area to make a fresh start.
That had not worked out and they planned to move back to be near friends and family as soon they could arrange accomodation.
