TURKISH midfield ace Tugay today backed Rovers to beat the drop.
But the former Rangers star believes his Ewood team-mates need to start getting tough if they want to survive.
"We are having a really bad time in the league and we have to work harder to survive.
"We will survive but I'm a bit shocked about the relaxed atmosphere in our dressing room.
"After the defeat against West Ham most of the players were joking with each other and it was like we had won the game.
"I can't understand that. I can't act like that. Maybe it's reality," he told onefootball.com.
"You can't do anything more after the game but I am not used to acting like that so I was a bit shocked."
