A CLAIM to fame of a good friend of mine is that they appeared in a musical with Are You Being Served? star John Inman when they were young.
And now thanks to the internet fans of Mr Humphries can keep up to date with the performances and shows that he is performing in.
The site (http://www.johninman.co.uk/) is a shrine to John featuring an extensive biography, including details on his early performances in Blackpool at the age of 14.
A great feature is the interactive calendar that highlights all the performances John is undertaking, and you can even download it to put on your computer's desktop. And yep I've forwarded the web site address to my friend, who says it is great.
