LOTTERY funding of more than £14,000 has been delivered to fund Cricket development in Bury.
Three separate grants have been given towards the sport under the Awards for All programme.
The highest amount of £5,000 has been scooped by Bury Sports Club's cricket section.
Thanks to the cash, the organisation will be able to deliver an in-school coaching programme.
The grant will pay for coaching costs, coach fees and various training courses.
Bury Cricket Development Group, which is involved in a similar scheme, has been awarded a total of £4,810.
A project will enable this new organisation to implement a coaching programme for schools throughout Bury.
And the money will pay for coaching, coach education, school competition and after-school development sessions.
Ramsbottom Cricket Club has received a grant of £4,696. This will allow the club to set up and promote junior cricket in the local area.
The grant will pay for net covers, all-weather matting, screening, retractable stumps and other cricketing equipment.
These three organisations are among 207 community groups across the North West to benefit from the latest round of awards.
More than £792,182 has been awarded to local groups to help improve the quality of life across the region through arts, sporting activities, heritage, health, environment or education.
The Awards for All grants programme involves all Lottery money distributors -- Sport England, Heritage Lottery Fund, Community Fund, New Opportunities Fund and Arts Council for England.
