A CHURCH service composed by Christians from an oppressed nation will unite fellow believers from 21 Leigh Churches at World Day of Prayer movement celebrations in Leigh.
The service begins at 7.30pm on Friday, March 1 in Kirkhall Lane Independent Methodist Church when Salvation Army Captain K.Delamere will address the congregation.
In Romania many people still struggle after years of difficulty and oppression. But the people are resilient and do not lose hope -- evident in their faith in God and their country.
Singers are welcome to join the united choir. Practices are on Mondays February 18 and 25 starting at 7.30pm in Kirkhall Lane Independent Methodist Church.
