THE annual dinner dance of Bury and District Chamber of Trade was attended by 85 guests.
Guest speaker at the event, held at the Bury Arts and Craft Centre on Saturday (Feb 9), was Nigel Rix, executive director of Hyndburn First.
This is a joint private and public sector company which has many successful joint developments in Accrington.
Among the guests were Bury Council leader Councillor John Byrne and chief executive Mark Sanders.
Also attending were other representatives from the East Lancs Consortium made up of parties from Blackburn, Burnley, Whalley, Hyndburn, and Ramsbottom Chambers.
