DETECTIVES are still waiting to question a man in connection with an explosion which ripped through Gillibrand's Mill in Grove Street, Darwen, last month.
The man, who is the owner of one of the units destroyed in the blaze, is in the Royal Preston Hospital with burns to his hands and face.
Doctors have told police he is still too unwell to be interviewed.
Police say they are uncertain whether a crime was committed at the mill and are trying to piece together what happened.
A 29-year-old woman was released on police bail after being interviewed by detectives in January and was ordered to reappear at Blackburn police station in March.
Fire crews from Darwen, Blackburn and Accrington tackled the blaze after the blast in the administration block at the mill which gutted six offices, at about 9.20pm on Monday, January 21.
The two-storey administration block involved in the fire was next to several industrial units, which were not affected.
