Blackburn Rovers supporters in cars have been asked to use the M5/M50/A40/M4 route, leaving the M4 at Junction 33 and following designated parking signs to 'Park and Ride' sites.
Buses will then take fans to within 10 minutes walk of the stadium.
Blackburn Rovers coaches, light vans and mini-buses have been asked to leave the M4 at Junction 32/A470 and travel south along A470/Manor Way following designated parking signs to the civic centre where up to 400 spaces are provided within a 1 mile walk (15 minutes) of the stadium.
Detailed plans and passes for free parking available to coach operators are available on request from the Millennium Stadium 029 20231458.
Travelling by rail will take fans into Cardiff Central Station, just two minutes' walk from the Millennium Stadium.
The roads around the Millennium Stadium are pedestrianised two hours before kick-off and for one hour after final whistle.
A convoy of coaches is due to leave Ewood Park at 7am on matchday, with a further 11 setting off from Accrington travel firm Fraser Eagle, which also chartered the Northern Belle "Orient Express" train for the trip, and coaches with other operators also booked up.
