THE streets of London are overcowded at the best of times, and during the rush-hour they are virtually gridlocked. So could someone please explain to me why it was decided to move Princess Margaret's coffin at the height of the rush-hour? It only goes to show what little regard the powers-that-be have for the working and travelling public.
