A GANG armed with guns forced drinkers in a pub to hand over cash.
The three raiders, wearing balaclavas, struck at the Park Hotel on Lowther Road, Prestwich, shortly after 9.45pm on Thursday.
It is believed that three offenders entered the pub armed
with shotguns and a knife.
They threatened staff and customers and forced the landlord to open the safe.
They stole a quantity of cash from the safe and the till and also stole wallets from the customers in the pub.
The gang then escaped in what is believed to have been a white Vauxhall Cavalier.
The landlord suffered a minor cut to his hand during the incident.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have any information surrounding it is asked to contact CID at
