BLACKBURN Cathedral will host a service to commemorate the Queen's Golden Jubilee.
The County Service of Thanksgiving, to be held at the cathedral on Sunday June 2, will be a focal point of Lancashire's celebration the occasion and residents from all across the county are invited to attend.
Up to 400 tickets for the service are available to the people of Lancashire on a first come, first served basis, with a maximum of two tickets per application.
The service starts at 4pm and is being organised by Lord-Lieutenant of Lancashire Lord Shuttleworth and the Dean of Blackburn, the Very Rev Christopher Armstrong.
