MORECAMBE'S stars are to go in front of the camera in their first ever live televised game on Easter Monday.
Sky Sports is to screen the Shrimps' trip to title chasing Dagenham and Redbridge on April 1, giving the young Christie Park aces another chance to impress in front of a national audience after their recent FA Cup exploits.
Sky has yet to announce which of its channels the game is to be shown on.
The downside for travelling supporters is that the game will kick off at 12.05pm, meaning an early start for the journey to Victoria Road.
Meanwhile, Morecambe' quest to win the FA Trophy continued in style on Tuesday night with a comfortable replay victory over struggling Scarborough at Christie Park.
Wayne Cutis, John Norman and Adriano Rigoglioso were the scorers in a comprehensive 3-0 victory.
They will now travel to Margate or Braintree Town in the quarter final, which is scheduled to take place on March 16.
Jim Harvey's side now hope to take their cup form into the league and, ironically, they again find themselves facing Scarborough at Christie Park this weekend.
The Shrimps were due to find out their opponents on Tuesday night, but that replay was called off.
The draw also pairs Northwich Victoria or Telford with Yeovil or Canvey Island, Stevenage Borough against Stalybridge Celtic and Burton Albion against Chester City.
