SIX people have appeared in court following police raids on addresses in Darwen.
Drugs with a street value of over £20,000 were seized from homes in the Ash Grove area.
Blackburn magistrates heard that 18 nine ounce bars of cannabis worth £18,000 were recovered from one address in Ash Grove along with a bag containing six ounces of amphetamine worth £2,000 and 65 wraps of cannabis which was discarded in a garden.
More than £3,000 in cash was also recovered.
Husband and wife Paul, 34, and Paula Owen-Jones, 30, of Ash Grove, Pamela Marie Davidson, 18, of a different address in Ash Grove, John Paul Clarke, 21, of Bramwell Road, Darwen, and Scott Whittle, 19, of Cemetery Road, Darwen, were all remanded on bail with conditions of residence, non-association with each other and curfew.
Lee Keggin, 23, of Belgrave Road, Darwen, was remanded in custody.
All six are charged with conspiracy to supply cannabis and amphetamine and the matters were sent straight to Preston Crown Court.
