VOLUNTEERS are invited to pound Morecambe Bay for charity,
Two walks on Saturday and Sunday, August 3 and 4, are Galloway's Society for the Blind's biggest annual fundraising events.
Both eight-mile walks last three hours, starting at Arnside near Carnforth and finishing at Kents Bank near Grange.
Cedric Robinson, the Queen's Appointed Guide, will lead the walks across the route which has been dubbed 'The North West's most popular adventure trail.' Organiser Kevin Lonergan said: "It really is a good day out and anyone can take part, not just keen walkers."
Places on the walk are limited so anyone wanting to take part is advised to book early.
For more information and sponsor forms contact the Society on 01772 753701 or 01772 744148.
Galloway's Society for the Blind does charity work for over 4,000 blind and partially sighted people in Lancashire.
