RADCLIFFE Boro go into tonight's Unibond Division One derby clash at Ashton United boosted by Saturday's 4-3 victory over table-topping Harrogate Town and the return after a three game suspension of highly rated full back Rick Battersby.
Kevin Glendon's side could hardly be better prepared for such a big game with a clean bill of health and competition for all the key shirts in the starting line-up.
They will also have their eye on events elsewhere as Eastwood Town, who have edged Boro out of the second promotion slot travel to another side chasing a Premier Division placing, fourth in the table Leek Town.
Atherton LR travel to Clitheroe on Thursday for a NWCL Division One game.
